How long does it take to receive my device? >
Currently our lead time is 4 weeks (updated daily).
Does Derma Group offer training for my devices? >
Yes, all of our devices include training from our experienced professionals.
Does Derma Group offer treatment training (eg. Level 4 Laser training)? >
Yes Derma Group is fully CPD and ARAP accredited with all the devices and courses provided.

When purchasing a device, you will be given Derma Groups WhatsApp contact details, where a member of the team is always on hand to support you.
How can you pay for your device at Derma Group? >
You have 3 options: pay outright, pay via rental agreement, pay via finance.
Do Derma Group do credit checks? >
Yes only when financing a device. Our rental agreement is based on affordability rather than credit.
