How Does Derma R|F Micro-Needling Work?
The R|F (radiofrequency) energy heats the underlying layers of skin, causing constriction and tightening of the skin, as well as the stimulation of collagen and elastin production.
R|F Micro-Needling uses a gold-plated needle device, which gently penetrates the skin, which triggers the body to create new collagen and elastin, while also delivering radio-frequency deep into the dermal layers of the skin.
As the R|F energy is delivered so deeply, it can produce faster results that are more dramatic than normal micro-needling (also known as collagen induction therapy) treatments. This minimally invasive treatment provides results that can include improved texture and firmness, as well as skin resurfacing.

Should I select the Derma R|F V2 or The Derma R|F?
Our Derma R|F V2 and Derma R|F devices are identical in technology and screen interface, both consisting of a user-friendly, smart and responsive touch screen. However, our Derma R|F V2 (vertical) version holds two separate R|F handles – one for needleless operation, and the other for the use with needles (25 or 45 pinned for face and / or body).
Our Derma R|F is an extremely affordable portable version and is particularly useful if you prefer to fit your device on one of your clinic or beauty rooms side units, as the device is much smaller and can be easily transported, if required.
Both devices will present identical results for your patients, as our technology within our radiofrequency devices is identical, the main differences are cosmetic and practical, based on your clinic or beauty salons individual requirements.
